RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

All products listed in www.Autopowerz.com will be bound by this return and refund policy. Using the website means you have read and understood the terms and conditions of return and refund policy.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 10 calendar days of product delivery date. The product must be return in the same condition that you receive it and should include all accessories and free gifts with it and undamaged in any way by your own courier. Returns are not accepted during the Sale Period.
All return requests for damaged or different product received should be filed within 48 hours of the delivery of the product. Any request succeeding that will not qualify for replacement.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 10 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We have partnership with ecommerce websites for easy delivery at your door step depending on service area. For any special note delivery with courier facility you can call and whatsapp our customer service department on +91-9971144841 with your order proof while purchasing.
Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 12 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes. In case any delivery comes under non serviceable area then you have to collect your product from our warehouse.
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
