Repair or Replacement Process:
- Once the product is repaired or replaced, an AutoPowerz representative will contact the customer via call or message to confirm their address and arrange for payment of shipping charges.
- After receiving the shipping charges, our team will create an order and share the tracking information with the customer via WhatsApp.
