At AUTOPOWERZ, we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Please read our cancellation terms carefully.

🛑 Order Cancellation by Customer

• If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so IMMEDIATELY after placing it by calling us at 9971144841.
• Once the order is Processed by Warehouse, it CANNOT be Cancelled.
• Orders may be sent for processing within 30 Minutes of placement.
• We reserve the full right to determine whether an order has been Processed or Not.

🔥 Sale Orders

• No Cancellation is allowed on products purchased during a Sale.
• A “Sale” refers to any promotional event offering Discounts / Special Offers.

📦 Faulty or Damaged Product

• If you receive a Faulty / Damaged Product, contact our Customer Service Immediately.
• Our team will verify your claim and guide you through the return process.
• Refund or Replacement will be initiated only after Verification.
• Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed conditions.
