Return Policy
The scope of returns and refunds for all products is outlined below. All returns and refunds for our products will adhere to the following terms and conditions.
If you receive a wrong item, a damaged product, or one with a manufacturing defect, we’re here to help! We will replace your product as soon as possible, but please make sure to record a complete unboxing video showing all sides of the sealed package and the product label clearly, and share the video with us when requesting a replacement. If the same product is not available in stock, we will issue a full refund instead.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the product or simply don’t like it, you can request a return within 10 days of delivery. Please ensure the product is in its original condition, including the box and all accessories.
Customers are required to ship the product back at their own expense, and shipping charges are non-refundable. Once we receive the product, it will go through a quality check (QC) process.
If the product is damaged or any items are missing, the refund may be partially processed or declined based on the QC outcome.
After successful QC clearance, your refund will be initiated and credited to your account within 4–7 working days.
