However, kindly note that we request you to create a thorough unboxing video, covering all sides of the product packet and clearly displaying all areas, including the main label. Afterward, you may proceed to request a replacement for the new product. Your cooperation in making a proper unboxing video is essential to ensure a smooth and hassle-free replacement process.
You will receive a full refund for the product only if we do not have the same product available in stock for replacement. Otherwise, in all other instances, we will proceed with replacing the product.

Refund Policy If a customer is dissatisfied with the quality of a product or no longer requires it, a full refund of the amount paid will be provided. The product must be returned to our office, and customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. The return and refund timeline is within 7-10 days from the delivery date. After this period, customers will not be able to request the same. If the product comes with an official warranty, clearly mentioned in the product overview or description, customers can submit warranty claims until the specified warranty date.
Upon receiving the returned product, it undergoes quality control (QC) assessment. Subsequently, our executive will reach out to you for your bank details/UPI to process the refund. This entire procedure typically takes 4-7 working days. While Autopowerz strives to initiate refunds promptly, the maximum timeline for both the refund and QC checking is 4-7 days.
