✅ 1. Free Replacement Policy (Wrong / Damaged / Defective Items)
If you receive an incorrect item, a product damaged during transit, or a clear manufacturing defect, Autopowerz will issue a Free Replacement at zero extra cost to you.
📹 Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement (CRITICAL)
To qualify for any transit damage or wrong-item claim, you must record a single, continuous unboxing video when opening your package. Claims without a verified unboxing video will be automatically rejected.
- The video must show all 6 sides of the original sealed courier bag/box.
- The shipping label and tracking number must be clearly legible.
- The recording must be continuous (no cuts, edits, or pauses) showing the complete opening and inspection process.
🔄 2. General Return Policy (If You Do Not Like the Product)
If you change your mind or are unsatisfied with the look of the item, you may request a return within 7 Days of Delivery under the following mandatory conditions:
- The item must be completely unused, showing no mounting scratches or sign of wear.
- Strictly No Wire Cutting: Any electrical accessory with cut or modified wiring is permanently ineligible for returns.
- The item must be packed inside its original brand box along with all manuals and components.
🚚 Logistics & Shipping Adjustments:
- The customer is responsible for booking and bearing the return shipping costs back to our warehouse.
- Original forward shipping fees are non-refundable. For orders that qualified for "Free Shipping," the actual baseline shipping cost incurred by the company will be deducted from your final refund balance.
🔍 3. Warehouse Quality Check (QC) & Refunds
Once your returned package arrives back at our hub, it will undergo a technical inspection within 48 hours. If the product passes inspection (original condition, no modifications), your refund will be initialized.
- Processing Timeline: Approved balances will reflect on your original payment mode within 4–7 working days.
- If the item fails inspection (is found to be used, missing accessories, or has modified wires), the return will be rejected and shipped back to the customer.
